When we think of schools we often think of teachers and students. But, behind those teachers is an entire support staff and leadership team making sure the boat stays afloat and headed in the right direction. Those unsung heroes from Office Managers to Chief Academic Officers have not been forgotten during the planning for KSS 2010. We are encouraging schools to bring their entire staff to KSS. Often support staff and those in leadership work in isolation at their sites, and KSS provides them a time to meet and collaborate with folks in similar roles at KIPP schools around the country.
Since February, we have been working with the communities to make sure there will be ample sessions created to meet their needs. Sessions will be provided for the following target audiences: Alumni Counselors, High School and College Placement Counselors, Office Managers, School Leaders, Executive Directors, Chief Academic Officers, Chief Operations Officers, Development Directors and Staff, Investors, Board Members, Board Chairs, IT Directors and Staff, Talent Recruiters, and Chief Finance Officers.
